Privacy Policy
Version 1.1
Last revised October 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LeonMotion d.o.o., operating under the LaunchAnything brand ("LaunchAnything", "we", "us"), collects and uses personal data when you visit launchanything.now, book a call with us or work with us.
1. Who we are
1.1 Controller. LeonMotion d.o.o., Braće Fućak 4, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia, OIB 71037239202, is the controller of your personal data. You can reach us at contact@leonmotion.com.
2. What we collect
2.1 Visiting the website. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to deliver and secure the website. We use Netlify Analytics, which measures visits from server logs and does not use cookies or track you across other websites.
2.2 Booking a call. When you book a call, we receive your name, email address and anything you write in the booking form.
2.3 Calls. We record and transcribe calls using Fathom so we can keep accurate notes. We let you know at the start of the call, and if you'd rather not be recorded, just tell us and we'll turn it off.
2.4 Checkout. Payments are processed by Revolut. We receive your name, email address and payment details such as the amount and date, but never your full card details.
2.5 Onboarding. After checkout, the onboarding form collects the email for your Slack invite, your billing details (such as company name, address and tax ID) and, if you choose, a creative brief and the email used at checkout.
2.6 Working together. During an engagement we process the messages, files, product information and feedback you share with us in Slack, by email or through our file sharing tools.
2.7 Email. When you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
3. Why we use it
3.1 To work with you. We use your data to reply to inquiries, hold calls, set up and deliver your engagement, and issue invoices. The legal basis is the performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering into one.
3.2 To meet legal obligations. We keep invoices and accounting records as required by Croatian accounting and tax law.
3.3 For our legitimate interests. We use data to keep the website secure, understand how it is used, and keep accurate records of our conversations, including call recordings. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you can object at any time.
3.4 With your consent. Where we ask for your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting processing that happened before.
3.5 No selling. We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
4.1 Service providers. We share personal data only with providers that help us run the business, and only as much as they need. These include Netlify (website hosting, forms and analytics), Revolut (payments), Calendly (call booking), Fathom (call recording and transcription), Google Workspace (email and documents), Slack (collaboration), Vimeo and Vumbnail (video hosting and thumbnails), and the file sharing and review tools we use to deliver your work.
4.2 Our team and advisors. Team members and subcontractors working on your project see the data they need for it and are bound by confidentiality. Our accountant receives billing data for invoicing and bookkeeping.
4.3 Legal requests. We may disclose data when the law requires it.
5. International transfers
5.1 Outside the EEA. Some of our providers are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
6.1 Inquiries and leads. We keep emails and call booking details for as long as they're useful for following up or picking the conversation back up later.
6.2 Call recordings. Call recordings, transcripts and summaries are kept in Fathom and in our email for as long as they're useful for our work with you.
6.3 Client data. For the duration of the engagement and as long as needed to handle any claims afterwards.
6.4 Accounting records. As long as Croatian law requires, currently up to 11 years.
6.5 Deletion on request. You can ask us at any time to delete your call recordings or other personal data at contact@leonmotion.com, and we'll do it within one month unless the law requires us to keep it.
7. Your rights
7.1 Under the GDPR. You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. To use any of these rights, email contact@leonmotion.com and we'll reply within one month.
7.2 Complaints. You can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or the data protection authority in your country.
8. Cookies
8.1 Our website. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics work without cookies.
8.2 Embedded content. Our video player (Vimeo) and booking calendar (Calendly) are provided by third parties and may set their own cookies when they load. Their privacy policies apply to that data.
9. Security
