Terms of Service

1. The service

Creative Partner is a video production subscription. We make launch videos, product videos and related creative for your product, handled end to end from script and concept through design, animation, editing and sound design.

The subscription does not include on-site or live-action shoots, distribution, paid media, influencer marketing or videos built entirely in 3D. Individual 3D elements inside a video are included. We can recommend partners for work we don't cover. Any such work is agreed and paid separately with that partner.

2. Plans and payment

Quarterly: USD 14,000 per month, paid upfront as USD 42,000 for each 3-month period.

Monthly: USD 17,500 per month, paid upfront for each month.

All payments are made upfront through our checkout provider before the period they cover. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each paid period until you cancel.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes. Where VAT or other taxes apply, they are added as required by law. We issue an invoice from LeonMotion d.o.o. for every payment, based on the billing details from your onboarding form.

If a renewal payment fails, production pauses until the payment goes through. If it is still unpaid after 14 days, we may end the subscription.

We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice in Slack or by email. New prices apply from your next renewal.

3. Getting started

After checkout, you complete a short onboarding form, and we send a Slack invite to the email you choose there within 12 hours of receiving it. We set up a private channel, get to know each other, go through your first request and start production the following day.

4. Requests

You can add as many requests as you like in your Slack channel. We work on one request at a time, in the order you set. Larger requests may be split into parts delivered one after another.

Before production starts, we agree on a timeline for each request and work to meet it. It assumes your feedback and materials reach us within 1 business day. If feedback arrives later, or a video goes through more revision rounds than planned, the timeline moves back by the time that adds. Larger launch videos (60 to 90 seconds) typically take 2 to 3 weeks, and feature launches or product updates (30 to 60 seconds) 1 to 2 weeks. Smaller pieces (15 seconds or less) usually take a few days.

We may decline a request that falls outside the service or would break the law or someone else's rights.

5. Revisions

Each request includes unlimited revisions within the agreed concept and script. Changing the concept, script or overall direction after you have approved it counts as a new request in your queue.

6. Your part

You provide the brand assets, product access, information and feedback we need. Delays in feedback or materials don't extend your paid period. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you send us.

7. Communication

We work async in your private Slack channel on business days and aim to reply within one business day. Our team is based in Europe, so some replies will reach you outside your working hours.

8. Pausing

The Quarterly plan includes one pause of up to 30 days during each 3-month period. Ask for it in Slack before the pause starts. Production and your remaining paid time pause together, then continue where they left off when you resume.

The Monthly plan does not include pauses.

9. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by writing in your Slack channel or emailing contact@leonmotion.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month or quarter, so you won't be charged for the next period. Your creative support stays active until then.

Unused time in a paid period is not refunded, except as described in Refunds.

If you join for a single launch, tell us your launch date when we start, and we'll confirm whether it fits inside one month before production begins. If your subscription ends while a request is still in production, work on it stops at the end of your paid period. You can renew to finish it, but unfinished work isn't delivered as a final video.

10. Refunds

You can request a refund within the first 7 days after your first payment. We'll refund your payment minus a USD 1,000 onboarding fee and end the subscription, so nothing else is charged.

Once we've delivered any work, or after the first 7 days, payments are non-refundable because your production time is reserved from day one. Delivered work means any script, concept, storyboard, styleframe, draft or final video shared with you.

Renewal payments are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued only by us, at our discretion under the conditions in this section, after a written request to contact@leonmotion.com. Approved refunds go only to the original payment method, within 10 business days of approval.

11. Payment disputes

If something about a payment looks wrong, please contact us first at contact@leonmotion.com and give us 14 days to resolve it before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. If a payment is disputed or reversed, production pauses until the dispute is resolved. Ownership of videos delivered in a period whose payment has been reversed does not transfer to you, and those videos may not be used until the payment is settled.

12. Ownership

Once the payment for the period in which a video was delivered has been received in full, you own the final delivered video and can use it however you like.

Project and source files are not included unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Third-party elements such as fonts, music, stock footage and sound effects are licensed under their own terms for use in the delivered video. We only use material licensed for commercial use, and we'll check with you before using anything that needs an extra license fee.

Our tools, templates, methods and unused concepts remain ours.

After you have publicly released the content we create for you, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use and display it, together with your company name and logo, in our portfolio, on our website and on our social channels to showcase our work. We may also share behind-the-scenes materials from the project, provided they do not reveal any confidential information.

13. Confidentiality

We keep your unreleased product information, materials and anything you mark as confidential private. We share it only with team members and subcontractors who need it for your work and who are bound by confidentiality. We're happy to sign your NDA.

14. Our team

Your videos are made by our team of motion designers, animators and sound designers, which includes vetted subcontractors bound by confidentiality.

15. Results

We make every video to perform, but we can't guarantee views, engagement, signups or sales, which depend on distribution and other factors outside our control.

16. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

17. Ending the subscription

We may end the subscription if payment fails as described above, if you seriously breach these Terms, or if continuing would be unlawful. If we end it for any other reason, we refund the unused part of your current paid period.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll tell active subscribers in Slack or by email at least 30 days before changes take effect. The current version is always at launchanything.now/terms.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Croatian law. We'll always try to resolve any issue with you directly first. If we can't, disputes go to the competent court in Rijeka, Croatia.
